Self Portraits Part II

Important Tips:
1) Being obstructive. (you don't want your subject/model aware of the camera)
2) Have fun with it. (be creative, don't be boring and dull)
3) Get closer. (don't be afraid to get closer)

Environmental Portrait:

The first environmental portrait I chose because, well, the guy was wearing his scuba gear and it was generally focused on the model; the other ones weren't that interesting anyways. The second environmental portrait I chose since it was an image taking a snapshot of a photographer while blending in with his surrounds aka the pink trees.

Photography self portrait:

WELL the first self portrait just screams sexual attraction, not to mention it's in black and white giving it an old vintage feeling to it. Now the second self portrait just screams wicked awesome because one thing, it's unique, I mean the guy is wearing a paper bag over his face and it's slowly being consumed by fire - which I assume is maybe Photoshopped, I really don't know, but it's awesome.

Casual Portrait:

Look at that guy in his expensive business suit, how more casual can you get? Seriously, he's probably thinking, "Look how awesome I am." He's seriously got it all. The second casual portrait is alright to me, I mean, those are some pretty wicked casual senior portraits.

Paragraph:

Most likely Jessica since, well, I really don't know anybody else in the class and that'll just be awkward. I can't deal with social norms so I'll just play it safe with her. Somewhere in the school that doesn't distract you from the model aka Jessica, y'know like posters and different colored walls and whatnot. To make this shot successful I'd have to think about simplicity and framing; making sure to get up close and personal or find a shot that makes her stand out.
