1. It kind of makes me think of the bending of space and time. I loved how he arranged them together with only using one image and just a plain old background.
2. Probably with Adobe Photoshop, using the lasso tool to delete the image background away, then using different layers of the building and adjust them with the opacity.
3. The Austonian or the Frost Bank in downtown Austin, TX are easily accessible to take photographs of. I think it'll be a good fit considering it's not that wide and it's a pretty tall building like the ones shown in Christian Ruhm's website, not to mention the structure of the Frost Bank building is unique.
